Work orchestration

Every case runs the same way, from the first step to the last.

You design a process once. Weaver then runs every case of it: agents do the routine, your people take the decisions, your systems are read and written at each step, and the whole run is measured and recorded.

Three places where the work is seen

How a case moves

  1. Schedules start casesA schedule checks the supplier mailbox and opens a case for every invoice; the same for any process that starts on its own. Nobody re-keys anything.
  2. Approvals wait for a named personDecisions that need judgement stop and wait for the person who owns them, with the facts already extracted.
  3. Exceptions stopWhen something does not fit, the case stops and asks a person. It never guesses its way past the problem.
  4. Runs pick up where they stoppedA case that waits for an approval, a document or a reply resumes from that step, days later if need be, with nothing lost.
  5. Every step checks its inputsBefore a step runs, Weaver checks it has what it needs. Long documents are read in full and the result is checked against the source. What cannot be verified is flagged, not guessed.

Measured and on the record
