Learning
Each case makes the next one better, and the company keeps what it learns.
When an expert corrects a draft, Weaver keeps the correction. The correction becomes a proposed rule, versioned and approved before it applies, and every later case starts from it. You watch the share of work accepted without changes rise.
From a correction to a rule
- 1. An expert reviewsAt the review step, your expert accepts the agent's work or corrects it.
- 2. The correction is keptAccepted and corrected results become examples for the same step on later cases.
- 3. A rule is proposedThe correction becomes a proposed rule. It is versioned and goes live only once approved.
- 4. The next case starts from itEvery later case follows the new rule, and the share of work accepted without edits is tracked.
One company knowledge base
Weaver keeps one knowledge base for the whole company: facts, rules and documents, each traced to its source. Every agent reads from it. Load a policy once and every process that needs it already has it. Change a rule once and every process follows, and the record shows which version of which rule applied to which case.
Agents are company assets
Prompts, skills and workflows are kept as agents in a company repository: versioned, reviewed and published through approval gates. When a person leaves, the agent stays.
Maintenance at scale
A pilot is easy; fifty running agents are not. On Weaver, a failed run is picked up automatically, its cause is found on the real run data, and a fix is proposed. A person approves before anything changes, and every change becomes a new, recorded version. The platform does most of the maintenance and shows you the rest.
